This project is located on the 3rd floor of a condominium building in the Yorkville area of Manhattan. It is combination and renovation of two apartments into one Luxurious 2000 SF apartment with an 800 SF of roof-terrace. The building itself is a converted warehouse with 24 floors, built in 1994. Two Children bedrooms are on the opposite side of the apartment on the North side near the open Kitchen area.
